HEAT PUMP WARRANTY

5 YEARS EQUIPMENT & INSTALLATION

We gladly offer full and comprehensive warranties on all heat pump equipment (excludes condensate pumps), compressor, installation and labor for 5 years and guarantee our involvement with you for that period. During this time a service fee applies for which we provide the yearly preventative maintenance detailed below. During this five year period there is no charge for unrestricted access to advice, further on site instruction as to unit, thermostat or remote controller operation if required and rebalancing or adjustments to ducted systems, grilles/vents etcetera. After 5 years the preventative service can then be extended for as long as you wish with any repair work being charged accordingly.

THE BEST ONGOING INSURANCE FOR HEAT PUMPS.

1. Check air filters, vacuum, wash, clean and replace as necessary (cost of new filters charged to owner).

2. Check condensate drains for free drainage.

3. Check compressor compartment for oil stains indicating refrigerant leaks.

4. Check suction and discharge operating pressures.

5. Check the tightness of electrical connections to compressor, contactors and fan motors.

6. Check for correct operation of all electrical equipment (de-ice control, high & low pressure safety controls & compressor contactor).

7. Check all refrigeration piping for chafing & vibration.

8. Check for noise & vibration & correct as necessary.

9. Check the tightness of all fan & motor mountings.

DUCTED SYSTEMS ONLY (includes all of the above)

10. Check the operation of low ambient electric heaters if fitted.

11. Check air supply.

12. Check for insulation & duct damage.
